Sanad Projects is a Saudi construction-support and trading group headquartered in Al Khobar, Eastern Province — formed to give industrial and EPC contractors one accountable partner instead of a fragmented list of vendors.

سند بروجكتس مجموعة سعودية للدعم الإنشائي والتجارة، مقرها الخبر بالمنطقة الشرقية — تأسست لتمنح المقاولين الصناعيين ومقاولي EPC شريكاً واحداً موثوقاً بدلاً من قائمة متفرقة من الموردين.

A gap we kept seeing on site.

فجوة كنا نراها دائماً في الموقع.

Every large project in the Kingdom runs into the same friction: materials from one supplier, machinery from another, labour from a third, camps from a fourth, and waste handling from a fifth. Each relationship needs its own negotiation, its own invoice, its own point of failure. Project managers lose time and budget simply keeping the pieces aligned.

Sanad Projects was formed to remove that friction — consolidating the services a construction site depends on into one relationship, one contract, and one accountable team. That same discipline is now extending into trading, retail and real estate.
